RETURNS and CLAIMS
We would love to know that we have met your expectations in respect of the items ordered and delivered from our online store. Should you be disappointed in any way, kindly notify us immediately, observing the following guidelines:
TAMPERING and/or COURIER DAMAGE
Should your parcel show any indication damage or tampering, please report the matter by email to info@brushandcanvas.co.za within 48 hours of receipt
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT or an ITEM SUPPLIED IN ERROR
Should any item in your parcel be defective in any way or not be exactly as selected from our online store, please notify us by email to info@brushandcanvas.co.za within 7 days of delivery.
Should you wish to return the relevant product, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. In which case we will arrange for collection at our expense, and you will have the option of a refund, or an immediate couriered replacement.
