Brush and Canvas uses The Courier Guy for door-to-door delivery service. From the time that you receive a shipment notification via email from us, you can expect your order to arrive within 24-48 hours. Courier Guy delivers on weekdays between 08h00 and 17h00 and on Saturdays between 08h00 and 13h00. They do not deliver on Sundays and any South African public holidays.
PARGO Click and Collect
From the time that you receive a shipment notification via email from us, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 -5 days. PARGO will drop your order off at your chosen collection point on any day of the week, between 08h00 and 17h00.
DELIVERY COMMUNICATION
Door to door courier
On receipt of your order an automatic e-mail confirmation is generated to you. Once your order is collected by The Courier Guy, you will receive a shipment notification email, which includes a tracking number with a link to the Courier Guy website, where you can track your order further.
PARGO Click and Collect
On receipt of your order, an automatic email confirmation is generated to you. Once your is collected by PARGO, you will receive a shipment notification e-mail, and a final e-mail when your order has arrived at your chosen collection point. You then have up to 8 days to collect your order.
