Dala Deco Dead Flat Varnish is a matte, water based top coat suited to all craft and decoupage projects.
Apply a layer of Dala 'Dead Flat' with a soft brush and allow to dry thoroughly.
A second layer may be applied at a right angle to the first coat.
Clean up: using water while brushes are still wet
